This white ceramic set includes a lipped mortar and a pestle. Comes in two sizes.

Useful for developing fine motor skills, hand–eye coordination, and the pincer grip, which builds the foundation for future pencil use.

Can be used with a variety of ingredients, such as herbs, seeds, nuts, rice, flower petals, and leaves. Herbs will release strong scents when ground, allowing exploration of smell.
